I am still thinking upon my decision of moving churches, yet I am still saddened that I will miss the church and the people. I know what I am doing is for God and I know that when God tells you do to stuff that you should act upon it. I am certain that I am doing what God is calling me to do. But it is just hard to push aside the emotions of it all (sigh)...
Coming upon the end of the youth program I was a leader at made my emotions go haywire. I was crying most of the night and couldn't stop feeling so down. The last two years have been great a chapter of my spiritual growth as a christian and as a leader. It has taught me a lot about how I lead people and I have realised how I lead. I lead by finding something I have in common with them, majority of the time it is music or cartoon characters such as Spongebob, then I get to know them through discussion. I also found that a lot of the time I was teaching the girls that I lead with guitar tips and lessons on msn.
I know I have a heart for youth so maybe one day I will lead youth again. I know I love the girls that I lead and have look up to me.
